Working Experience

Completed nine (9) months chambering with Messrs Sudesh Narinder & Partners, under supervision of Mr. Sudesh Singh (2015).

  1. Para Legal ‘A-ssistant of Messrs Nurul & Charan from November, 2015 until December,
  2. Legal Assistant in Messrs Nurul & Charan from 1 January, 2016 and appointed as a Partner of Messrs Nurul & Charan with the effect from 1stDecember, 2020.
  3. Partners of Messrs Nurul & Charan with the effect from 1 December, 2020 until current (now known as Messrs Nurul , Charan & Shabnam).

Dealing in all aspect of the Law practice i.e.:-

  1. Vetting of instrument/document for registration

As for Conventional such as Facility Agreement and Annexures and as for Islamic banl‹ing such as Property Purchase Agreement, Property Sale Agreement, Annexures, Letter of Hibah and Power of Attorney for the following banks:

  1. Registration of title and instrument such as Transfer, Charge, Discharge of Charge, Caveat, Order for Sale and all matters relating to land matters;
  2. Preparing and drafting the Sale and Purchase Agreement (house, including the Government Loan), Joint Venture Agreement and etc;

  4. Civil litigation (Accident cases, Insurance Claim, Injunction, Order for Sale);
