Working Experience

Completed nine (9) months of chambering with Nurul, Charan & Shabnam, under the supervision of Charan Singh s/o Kartar Singh.

  1. Have experience working as Prosecuting Officer of Customs from 2008 until 2011.
  2. Worked as Head of Prosecution from 2011–2023.
  3. Worked as Head of Prosecution and Investigation in the position of Senior Assistant Director in the year 2017 until 2023.
  4. Legal Assistant of Nurul, Charan & Shabnam from 1st October 2023 – Present.

Dealing in all aspect of the Law practice i.e.:-

  1. Registration of titles and instruments, including transfers, charges, discharges of charge, caveats, orders for sale, and other matters relating to land.
  2. Divorce matters.
  3. Criminal matters.
  4. Sales Tax Act.
  5. Excise Act.
  6. Immigration Law.
