Registration of titles and instruments, including transfers, charges, discharges of charge, caveats, orders for sale, and other matters relating to land;
Preparation and drafting of Sale and Purchase Agreements, including Government Loans, Joint Venture Agreements, and other related agreements;
Divorce and adoption matters;
Civil litigation, including accident cases, insurance claims, defamation, probate, letters of administration, orders for sale, and late delivery claims;
Commercial matters;
Habeas corpus applications in the High Court under the Dangerous Drugs (Special Preventive Measures) Act 1985;
Forfeiture of property under drug-related laws;
Criminal matters, including drug offences, murder, theft, and cases involving the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (SPRM).
