Completed   nine     (9)      months     chambering    with     Messrs     Bachan     &     Kartar under supervision of Mr. Gurbachan Singh until called to the Bar on 22-7-2000.

  1. Have experience working as Legal Clerk for 14 years in the firm of Messrs Bachan & Kartar before chambering.
  2. Legal Assistant of Messrs Bach an & Kartar (Advocates & Solicitor’s) from 31a’ July, 2000 until 31*’ March,
  3. LegalAssistant of Messrs Mahinderjit & Associates (Advocates & Solicitors) from 1st April, 2001 until 13 March,
  4. Partners of Messrs Mahinderjit & Charan from 14th March, 2005 until 31 December, 2006. December,
  5. Partners of Messrs Nurul & Charan with the effect from 1 January, 2007 until current (now l‹nown as Messrs NIn ijl , Charan & Shabnam)

Dealing in all aspect of the Law practice i.e.:-

  • Vetting of instrument/document for registration (both Conventional and Islamic Banking)
  • Registration of title and instrument such as Transfer, Charge, Discharge of Charge, Caveat, Order for Sale and all matters relating to land matters;
  • Preparing and drafting the Sale and Purchase Agreement (house, including the Government Loan), Joint Venture Agreement and etc;
  • Divorce matters;
  • Civil litigation (Accident cases, Insurance Claim, Injunction, Order for Sale);
